FOODPLUS, formally Cretan Distributors, was formed in 1969 by Dene and Pat Cretan.

At FOODPLUS we specialize in Wholesale Distribution. We are part of two buying groups, namely The Distributors and Countrywide Australia.

We are a supplier of Confectionery, Frozen Foods, Snack Foods, Cleaning Supplies, Foodservice, Chilled Products and Paper Packaging.

Our client base covers a diverse range including Bakeries, Butchers, Hotels, Motels, Deli's, Takeaway's, Café's, Newsagents, Schools, Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Service Stations. Our Sales Force, which comprises of five people on the road and two telesales staff, take forward orders which are then picked and packed in the warehouse and delivered by our fleet of 10 HACCP approved vehicles.

Our distribution area covers much of the state from Stenhouse and Marion Bay in the Yorke Peninsula to Yalata and Ceduna in the far west, to Roxby Downs, Leigh Creek and Coober Pedy in the North and to Coffin Bay and Port Lincoln at the bottom of the Eyre Peninsula plus just about everywhere in between.

Our key goals are and will always remain continuous improvement and the flexibility to meet a diverse range of clients in an ever changing industry. We feel we are able to do this having been established for over 40 years, with a collective experience of product knowledge and expertise that few can match. We see our major advantage is by giving the customer the opportunity to source their needs from one supplier at a competitive price -something we know customers are demanding in today's marketplace.
